We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns, exchanges, and warranty claims for all physical goods purchased through our website. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Policy

Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, requests must be initiated within this 30-day window.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is in its original, unused condition
  • Item is in its original packaging with all accessories included
  • Item has not been damaged, or altered.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Return Shipping Costs

We Cover

Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

You Cover

Change of mind or buyer's remorse returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. 01 Contact our customer support team at contact@raptor-works.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. 02 Include your order number, and the reason for the return
  3. 03 Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions — do not ship items back without an RMA
  4. 04 Securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  5. 05 Ship the item to the address provided in your return instructions

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value within the 30-day return window, subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, follow the same process as initiating a return and indicate that you would like an exchange instead of a refund. Exchange items will be shipped once we receive and inspect the original returned item.

Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty Coverage

All physical goods sold through our website are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What Is Covered
  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Functional failures under normal use conditions
  • Components that fail to perform as described in the product listing
What Is Not Covered
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality
  • Operating outside permitted or intended use
  • Products with removed or altered serial numbers

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. 01 Contact us at contact@raptor-works.com with your order number and a detailed description of the defect
  2. 02 Include clear photographs or video showing the defect
  3. 03 Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and advise on next steps

If your warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, repair the item, replace it with the same product, or issue a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement shipment or full refund, including return shipping at our expense, as quickly as possible.
